Return and Refund Policy

Overview

Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy, which lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please avoid sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are instances where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before your refund is officially posted. Sale Items

Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at contact@hemp-me.com, and we will provide you with a return label.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning more expensive items. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
